Meet Dr. Patrick Stuckey
I was born and raised in Ruston. I really have enjoyed my life here. When I was in high school, I took a class called American Free Enterprise, and we had to write a report of what we wanted to be. And I just picked dentistry out of the blue, and I liked what I read, and here I am. I graduated from Louisiana Tech and went to LSU in New Orleans and graduated in 1988. After dental school, I decided I wanted to move to the big city, so I moved to Atlanta and did not like it. Came back home, been here ever since. Best decision I ever made.
Ruston is a great town to raise your family and to live. It has a great set of values. We really get to know our patients, and we're able to develop one-on-one relationships with them. We become friends with a lot of our patients.
The most rewarding thing about dentistry is helping people to get out of pain. It's great to have someone come in who is really hurting, and you can do something for them and have them walk out with a smile on their face.
He is a member of the:
